Maple Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

This recipe could not be any easier, with only three ingredients…you really can’t go wrong! These roasted almonds are perfect to much on during a movie, or pack as an afternoon snack. With no refined sugar, this makes this treat guilt free!

These would also be lovely packed up in a nice bag or box to bring to someone as a home-made gift! Tonight, I made them as something to nibble on as I was making dinner…so I put the rest out on the table for everyone else to nibble on as well!

Maple Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

3 cups almonds

1/3 cup maple syrup

2-4 tbsp cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour the almonds in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup and cinnamon and use a large spoon to stir around the almonds until they are all covered in the mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick baking liner and place the almonds on it in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and remove from oven. Mix the almonds around on the baking sheet until most of them have turned over.
  5. Bake for another 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
